The Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Amendment) Act, 2024, published on 15th February, amends the list of Scheduled Tribes in Andhra Pradesh.

Bondo Porja and Khond Porja communities are now recognized as being synonymous with Porja community, and Konda Savara community is now recognized as being synonymous with Savara community.
