The Constitution (Jammu and Kashmir) Scheduled Tribes Order (Amendment) Act, 2024, published on 12th February, amends the Schedule of The Constitution (Jammu and Kashmir) Scheduled Tribes Order, 1989, and prescribes spearate lists of Scheduled Tribes for Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh respectively.
