The Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2024, published on 15th February, is the Parliament Legislation associated with expenditure part of the Budget for Financial Year 2024-25 for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Act authorizes Union Government to draw funds amounting to roughly ₹ 75.9 Thousand Crores from the Consolidated Fund of Jammu and Kashmir for the Financial Year 2024-25.

Voted component of the expenditure amounts to roughly ₹ 48.3 Thousand Crores, and Charged component of the expenditure amounts to roughly ₹ 27.6 Thousand Crores.
